General Shipping Information
Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are processed and ship from our California warehouse within 3-5 business days from the date you place your order. Please allow extra time for order processing during conventions dates, holidays and other sale events.
Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items will typically ship within 24 hours of the release date (shown on the products page). In some cases, delays may happen and should be shipped within the standard 3-5 day period. We do our best to notify customers of any unforeseen delays via email and social media updates in this case.
Backorder/Reprinting
If one of your items is backordered or being reprinted after your place you order, we will notify you. The production process on these items vary and will effect the delivery time differently. These items may take up to 3 additional weeks to ship, but is usually quicker than that! If an item is in backorder or being reprinted and you had other items in your order, the order will be split into two shipments. In stock items will ship within the normal shipping time frame, unless the delay is brief (1 to 2 days).
Split Shipments
Depending on items purchased, some orders might be split into two shipments. We often do this to insure that we are providing your items with the safest packaging for available (ie. art prints will not ship in same package as enamel pins or shirts). Backordered/Reprinting items may also be shipped in a second, delayed packaged, once the item(s) becomes available.

Not all shipping carriers and shipping methods will be available for all weights and shipping destinations.

All the estimates below are based on the combination of processing, packaging, shipping and delivery times; not the delivery service you're paying for. Please refer to carrier's specific shipping policies and promises for those delivery times. Once shipped we will supply you with a tracking number to get a better estimate of actual delivery date.

*The shipping estimates above are just to give you an idea of when the item might arrive. We always work to get items out of our warehouse and in your hands sooner than these estimates but delays do on occasion happen.
Delivery Delays
We take great pride in packing our orders as well as we can and as quickly as possible. However, there are always unforeseen events and disasters that may cause delays in this process.
Keep in mind that weather, natural disasters, and other unexpected events are out of our control and may affect shipping and delivery times. If you live in an area experiencing one of these unexpected delays please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the our estimated delivery date. If our area is experiencing a delay, we will notify you as soon as we can.
Reminder: Holidays, conventions, and other events may also slow down the shipping process.
In the rare event of an item going into "backorder" or is expected to be delayed, we will email you with an update.
International Shipping
We ship internationally, to a lot of countries, but not all of them! If you are trying to check out and your location is not supported, please contact support and we'll see if we can get your location added.
International shipping takes much longer than domestic shipping in the United States. Do not use the above shipping estimates for your deliveries. All international orders are estimated to arrive between 7-30 days. Though USPS Priority Mail Express International advertises that your package will arrive in 3-5 days, we cannot guarantee that. Various customs and government policies can slow down this process.
You are responsible for any and all import taxes, customs, VAT, and other country-specific fees upon receipt of your package.
Please also note that we cannot mark packages as "Gifts" to help you evade customs. This is considered to be international mail fraud and we have no interest in taking part in that. So please, don't ask.
Returns & Exchanges
Before shipping an item back to us for an return or exchange, please review our returns and exchanges policy and contact us to let us know! All returns must be shipped to:

IMPORTANT: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Delivery
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Your exchanged item will ship only after we've received and reviewed your item. If you are shipping an item back to us over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
