Returns & Exchanges

Basic Return & Exchange Information: 

You have a 14 days period from the delivery date to return or exchange an item shipped to you from Any requests for return or exchange after this period will be likely be denied.

All returns and exchanges must be approved by us before it can be processed. Do not send us items back until you contact us and have been instructed on how to send it back. If we receive an item with no communication, we won’t be able to process a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please let us know if it was damaged during shipment immediately. Returns must be in the original packaging, unopened.

If you bought your item at a convention and are still at the convention, please come back to our booth immediately for returns and exchanges. In most cases, once the convention is over, all sales are final. Still feel free to contact us about any issues, in some cases we will still refund or replace the item.


Once your return is approved by us, we will email you instructions on how to return the item. After it is received by us, and verified, we will process the refund and notify you via email. 

Processing the refund back to your credit card, after approval of return, will take about 3-5 business days depending on your credit card company. 

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our or postal carrier error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • 24 hour grace period price match for sales on our site (see "Price Matching" below for more information).


Sale Items 

Returns will be processed in the same amount that you paid. If the item was 30% off at the time of purchase, you will receive a refund for the discounted amount, not the regular price.

Price Matching

We often have sales event or flash sales. The price of the item today may be different than tomorrow. Unfortunately, in most cases we can not offer price matching if the price of the item changes after you purchase it.

The only time will will honor a price matching for price changes on our site is if the price of an item changed within 24 hours of your purchase. Sometimes we have planned sales, and will notice this ourselves and automatically process a partial refund to you. If you notice the change, and we don’t, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will review your order and check the time of the sale. If approved, we will notify you of a partial refund and process it immediately. 

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received your return after 7 business days, feel free to contact us. We can double check the account and make sure it’s processing. Some banks take longer than 5 business days to process refunds. If the refund is processed on our end, but you still don't see it in your account, wait another day to see if it's in between the pending and posted status. Sometimes transactions can disappear for a few hours while it switches over. You can also call your credit card company and inquire with them what is happening with the refund. We’ve never had issues with a return processing, but if something happens, we're here to help. 


This is one of the only exchanges we allow for purchases made via If the item doesn't fit right (too big or too small), we can exchange it 1 time for another size or design. Any additional exchanges will be at your expense.

Important: Before shipping the item back for an exchange, please contact us via email first. We need to approve the exchange and know it's coming it speed up the exchange process.

In the case of exchanges you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once it is received, we will ship you the replacement for no additional charge.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we won’t be able to process a return. We can exchange egible items and replace damaged items. If you’d like to return it, you’ll need to talk with the person who purchased the gift for you so we can process the refund on their card. 

Replacements of Damaged Items

If the item is damaged in shipment we can send you a replacement. Please contact us immediately informing us about the damage. We will give you a 2-3 day grace period after receiving the item to inspect it for damages, after that you can no longer claim damage due to shipment. We will reply within 24 to 48 hours requesting photos of the damage. Only after we’ve assessed the damages, will we approve a replacement and ship it free, no additional charge to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

We will cover the cost to ship an exchanged item, 1 time, to you. Additional exchanges will be at your expense.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
